RETURN POLICY

  – How do I Return a part? How do I get Refund?

  As a part of our Money-Back Guarantee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a part, please follow the return policy guidelines below.

Email at : info.yardsandparts.us or call 972-886-5001 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to request a return authorization (RA) number. We cannot process returns that do not include an RA number.

Damaged Shipments

It is extremely important that you inspect your shipment thoroughly before accepting and signing for the merchandise. Even though the box and packaging may be intact, it is possible the product could have arrived damaged. If part does arrive damaged, please accept the delivery and contact Customer Service immediately at 972-886-5001 Proof of damage may be provided by photos.

Freight shipments and UPS Ground shipments

 – Freight Shipments

Before accepting delivery, check for both internal and external damage. Remove the product from its packaging and inspect for damage. If you notice damage, please call our customer service immediately at 972 886-5001  after accepting the delivery to obtain a return authorization number.

For Engine assemblies, please be advised that we do not warranty or guarantee any attached accessory parts in the sale, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds. Because such parts are not warrantied, refusal of delivery for these parts being damaged will result in deduction of original shipping and handling charges from any refund.

Returning defective or incorrect parts

If you received an incorrect or defective part, you may return it for an exchange or replacement. Please contact Customer Service to explain the problem. We will create a new order for the part and issue an RA for the original part.

YARDS & PARTS will ship the replacement part as soon as freight charges have been paid for the returned part and the part is on its way back to us. 

Refused Shipment or Failed Delivery

If you have refused delivery of your shipment, please contact Customer Service immediately at 972 886-5001. Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or are unable to be delivered due to continual failed delivery attempts will be returned to YARDS & PARTS, and you will be credited the amount of the sale, not including shipping and handling. Please allow up to 14 business days for a credit to be issued. It is your responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.

 YARDS & PARTS Discretion

YARDS & PARTS reserves the right to deny any exchange or return request. Please do not install damaged or install incorrectly shipped items, as doing so will void our return policy. Any parts that have been modified, installed, or damaged in any way by the customer may result in denial of a refund and/or exchange request.

  1. Customer Service will provide you with the shipping address to send the returned item. You must include the RA number on the shipping label. 
  2. Returned parts must be in “as new” condition and shipped in their original packages and shipping cartons. If the original carton is not available, the part must be packaged correctly to ensure safe shipping. We cannot issue a credit for items that return to our facility damaged, or for items that have been partially or fully installed or painted. Proper shipping and associated cost is the responsibility of the customer. 
  3. The original invoice, or a copy, must be included with the item.
  4. Our return policy provides 30 days from the date of the original invoice to return items.
  5. Refunds will be issued once we have received, inspected, and processed the part(s). Original shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount. Exceptions will apply for parts that were received damaged or stocked incorrectly. 
  6. All refunds will be processed once merchandise has been returned to YARDS & PARTS. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.

Please Note that the Return of any Part/ Item is made in condition IF;

You have received a damaged or incorrect item. Please notify us immediately.  Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be returned within 7 Business days from the receipt of the return label. The address to which you need to return the goods will be indicated at the time of conclusion of the contract. Items must be returned to the address provided upon receipt of the RA (Return Authority). If you return any items toYards & Parts, we will be redirected to the correct address specified in the RA instructions at your expense. We will refund as soon as we receive the goods. NO OPERATING COSTS are covered for any parts sold by Yards & Parts. If we find that the part is defective, we will first try to replace it, and if the replacement cannot be sent, we will refund the full refund of the total amount sold. Items you return must come to us before the warranty expires in order to receive a refund. Return shipping charges are not refundable. If the return is caused by any other reasons other than those indicated above (for example, the customer ordered the wrong part, the customer does not need the part, etc.), the Return may be due to a 25 percent commission for returning the goods and withholding the amount of delivery upon return . Before ordering, contact a mechanical specialist, the actual part had to be ordered. We will make sure that we send the correct parts. Any items returned after the expiration of the warranty period are non-refundable and will be returned to the sender. The deadline for receipt of the items will be within 30 days from the date of initial delivery to be accepted.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Confirmation

As a buyer orders the part, He/She will receive an order confirmation Email on his/her provided email address. This means that we received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for purchase. When we receive your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is available and available for immediate delivery. We will try to deliver your order within 2-3 Business days. However, Yards & Parts is not responsible for delivery delays by the carrier or the actual yard. Cancellation and refund of orders will be processed only if the part is not delivered even after 30 days from the date of placing the order.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock, we will process the shipping cost and ship within five business days from the date of order. We will send you tracking information within 24–48 hours from the date of sending your order from the warehouse to the registered postal identifier or to the mailing address you specified when placing the order. If you have not received tracking information from us within six business days from the date of order, do not hesitate to contact us at info@yardsandparts.usor call us at +1-9728865001. Damages

Please check the delivered packaging of your item (s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage / loss, you must indicate this when signing for delivery. If your item (s) is really damaged, send photos to support@yardsandparts.us and we will process a replacement or money back. Please see our return policy for more information on refunds.
