1. How Do I Place an Order?
You can order in two ways:

- Call our Sales Team at 855-430-6250 — our parts specialists will help you check availability, pricing, and shipping details.
- Order Online (Coming Soon) — We’re launching a secure online ordering system soon.

Accepted Payment Methods:
- All major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- Cashier’s Check or Money Order (via mail)

Note: Orders paid by check or money order take longer to process.
2. Do You Offer Financing?
We do not currently provide in-house financing.

However, we offer a Part Reservation Option:
- Pay 20% upfront to reserve your part for up to 30 days.
- During this period, the part is exclusively held for you.
- Pay the remaining balance before shipping. No additional fees.
3. Can I Pick Up My Parts In Person?
Unfortunately, local pickup is not available.
Our inventory ships from multiple warehouse partners across the U.S.

Good news: All orders ship free anywhere in the U.S.
4. What’s Included with a Used Engine?
Each used engine assembly includes:
- Engine block
- Cylinder head(s)
- Pistons
- Camshaft
- Crankshaft

Bonus parts like sensors or manifolds may be included but are not guaranteed or covered under warranty.
5. How Long Does Shipping Take?
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days.
You’ll receive tracking updates after shipment.

Note: Delays may occur due to weather or holidays.
6. Can You Deliver to a Residential Address?
Yes — we deliver to both residential and business addresses nationwide at no extra charge.

Note: $100 surcharge applies if liftgate service is needed.
7. What If My Order Is Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective?
We offer a 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee.
If your part is:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Defective

We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

8. Do You Offer a Warranty on Used Engines & Transmissions?
Yes — all engines and transmissions include up to a 6-month warranty.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on part and vehicle.

9. What If My Engine or Transmission Fails?
If failure occurs during the warranty period:
1. Call 855-430-6250 immediately.
2. Our technical team will assist with diagnostics.
3. If unresolved, we’ll guide you through the warranty replacement process.
