What happens if something goes wrong
A used engine or transmission is a big purchase. Here’s exactly how you’re covered.
It doesn’t fit
If we sent the wrong part, we pay return freight and you choose a replacement or a full refund. Send us your VIN before ordering and we’ll check it first.
It arrives damaged
Inspect it before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos and contact us. We cover return freight and replace or refund it.
It fails under warranty
Your 3-year parts warranty covers the core internal parts. Stop driving, get a diagnosis from a licensed shop, and we’ll replace the part or refund it. Labor isn’t covered.
You change your mind
Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund if it hasn’t shipped. Uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days (25% restocking fee plus freight).
Paying safely
You get a written quote before you pay, and you pay by card, which comes with your card issuer’s purchase protection.
