1. Quotes and orders
Every order starts with a written quote showing the part, its donor vehicle, price, warranty and delivery details. An order is confirmed when you approve the quote and payment is received.
2. Fitment
We help confirm compatibility using the vehicle details and VIN you give us. Please give accurate information and have your mechanic check the part against your vehicle before installation.
3. Condition and mileage
Parts are used and may show cosmetic wear. Mileage is as recorded by the yard and is not guaranteed.
4. Warranty
Parts carry the limited warranty described on your quote and on our warranty page, including its installation and maintenance requirements.
5. Returns and cancellations
Returns and cancellations follow our returns & refunds policy.
6. Shipping
Delivery follows our shipping policy. Inspect the part before signing for it and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any part is limited to replacing it or refunding its purchase price. We are not responsible for labor, towing, rental vehicles, lost income or other indirect costs.
